Who rescued who

This figure and a dog tell the story of my relationship with the beloved dogs in my life. They were my best friends and my confidants. They comforted me in times of sadness, celebrated with me in times of joy, kept me company when I felt alone and protected me when I was afraid. And they always loved me; without question and without judgment. This relationship between a dog and its human cannot be explained in words or understood logically. It needs to be understood by the heart
